drag this link utaproxy to your toolbar and/or bookmarks so as to view a webpage via the UTA Library Proxy (e.g. a page on the Wiley Online Library).

That is, go to the webpage that wants you to pay money for their PDF files and, assuming that UTA has a subscription to it, press that "utaproxy" link on your bookmark and view it for free (though you may need to login to UTA first).
